Shared Lutheran Ministry Advent Worship Schedule

The Shared Lutheran Ministry of Fayette County has shared its Advent Worship schedule. Soup Suppers are back again. Meals will be served at 6 p.m. and worship begins at 7 p.m. The worship rotations are as follows: Nov. 30 - Warrenton; Dec. 7-Rutersville; Dec. 14-Fayetteville; Dec. 21 (longest night service)-Rutersville.

Breakfast Church will be held at St. John Lutheran in Ellinger at 8 a.m. and at St. John Lutheran in Rutersville at 10 a.m. on Nov. 27.

Ellinger Sewer and Water The Ellinger Sewer and Water Supply Corporation will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Ellinger Fire Station.

SLM Joint Worship The Shared Lutheran Ministry of Fayette County will be having a joint worship on Christmas Day at 8:30 a.m. at St. John’s Warrenton and on Jan. 1 at 10 a.m. at St. John Rutersville.

Thank Offering Service A WELCA (Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) Thank Offering Service will be held on Sunday, Nov. 20 at St. John Rutersville, St. John’s Warrenton, and St. Paul Fayetteville at regular worship times. St. John Ellinger will hold a traditional service on this day. Rutersville and Warrenton will hold Congregational meetings following worship. Rutersville will also have Council elections. Fayetteville Brethren Church Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Face book page.
